  • Absolutely fantastic weekend!

    My name is Melina and I wanted to write to say how wonderful our coach driver Keith Waters was over the weekend of my 30th birthday. I went away from London to the Peak District for 3 days with 27 friends and hired a bus through momentum transport. It is always a daunting thought having someone you don’t know spending an entire weekend with your close friends and family however I was pleasantly surprised. Keith was at all times professional however made us all feel very comfortable around him. He arrived to pick us up on time and he was flexible and accommodating to our needs throughout the weekend, even offering to help where he could with anything we needed during our stay. He was an absolute pleasure to have with us. It turned out to be an absolutely fantastic weekend and the “icing on the cake” was definitely having such a wonderful coach driver. All 27 of us knew Keith by name by the end of the weekend and had, had a chance to have a chat with him which was great, a brilliant ambassador for Excetera. All of my friends have commented on how brilliant “our coach driver Keith” was. I know that if any of us ever need a coach in the future we will definitely be calling and asking for Keith.
